The structure of the planner and they way it helps you plan your days and your life speak for themselves.
What I especially love are the colors available and the simplicity of the cover design.
I use the undated planer, which allows me to start my new year when it suits me best.
I love everything about this planner, except that it starts on Monday, not Sunday. I need a Sunday start so I will not be able to use this planner.
The Pareto Planner is the ultimate tool to remove the stress of a disorganised life. If you are just generally scatty, have a terrible memory, are the worlds biggest procrastinator or on the ADHD spectrum this planner will improve your life!
It’s May and I’m really enjoying my Pareto Planner – it’s helping me live with intention and keep on track with my goals. I’m enjoying time blocking and reviewing my annual, monthly and weekly goals. Thank you!
It is great to have everything in one place and on paper (as this is strictly private). So far, we are still adapting and embracing all of the sections Pareto has to offer. I think it is a great tool to prioritise “me” and what is important to me. My husband and I bring it to cafes without our computers to facilitate a normal discussion on planning. Obviously, we will need our computers to do the booking, but the planning is so much more personal and it’s great to return to a normal discussion and remind us that we are not working for our email accounts. Instead, we want to live in the moment.
I like that this companion gives me the view of my week ahead. It gives me the space to allow to move commitments around to hold myself accountable to my private goals and professional responsibilities
I’m really enjoying this planner so far. I love being able to start it at any point in the year and customise it. The vertical layout is perfect for me as a freelancer who juggles multiple jobs – I’m able to see my day and breaks very clearly!
The goal setting pages are really useful and I’ve found myself putting a lot more consideration into my goals each day than I did before.
Great planner so far!!
I love how each day has the same amount of space. (My previous planner had the weekend sharing the same space.) I use the space at the bottom for my budget. I love having a Focus item at the top and spaces for goals and tasks.
The design of the Pareto Planner is elegant and intuitive. For years I have been creating a similar layout in bullet journals. The Pareto Planner saves hours of hand-crafting the perfect journal.
Love it, really useful. Helps me manage my week and track how I’m doing against my routine and goals.
I like the combination of the full year views (by month) and the weekly views for scheduling and journaling. It’s a perfect size to be able to include in your travels. I don’t know how people can survive with a purely digital organizer, which I use as a supplement to my Pareto organizer. The tracking pages allow for compete flexibility for subjects. I use mine for tracking subscriptions, donations, medical events, automatic deduction payments, and a number of other subjects. This is, of course, based on my experience with the 2024 version. The 2025 version looks very similar in content and in the quality of the pages and the cover. I had been using a loose leaf, two pages per week organizer for a couple of decades and finally made the switch to a more compact format.
Love this diary. Such helpful layouts for months and weeks. I love the finish of the cover too and the two ribbon page markers are very handy. Feels very good quality. Very happy with it and worth the money.
The Pareto notebook is designed really well and encourages you to get your projects in order and structure your plans and ideas, as well as your tasks for the day. The accompanying ebook is really helpful too. I love it!
I purchased this planner to plan and track my time spent working on a writing project. What I most like about the planner is that each day of the week is dividend into hours. This lets me see at a glance what my immovable commitments are for each day and where I can squeeze in writing time. It’s really helpful. The only thing would change if I could would be to break the day into one-hour blocks. The planner uses dots for each half-hour. Hour-blocks would make it easier to read.
The entire system is very practical.
