Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, you will have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us at hello@mypareto.co regarding your return.

Step 1: Contact us with the following required information (hello@mypareto.co):

We will then provide necessary shipping information and instructions needed to process your return.

Step 2: Return the item(s):

You will need to carefully package the item(s) to ensure it is protected in shipment. Please note that you are liable for the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any depreciation in the value of the goods if such depreciation is attributable to the non-essential handling of the goods by you for purposes other than the verification of the nature, properties and functionality thereof.

Step 3: Receive your refund:

Once we receive the item(s) your return will be processed within 1-2 business days of its arrival back to Pareto. We will process your refund using the original payment method used during the purchase.


If you do not want to contact us via email, you can also use the cancellation form template appended to this cancellation policy. You will be deemed to have complied with the aforementioned cancellation period if your letter notifying us of the use of your right of cancellation was sent prior to the expiry of the cancellation period.
